JOB SUMMARY:
The project manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, control, communication and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with CREM′s strategy, commitments and goals

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1、Be involved in development of beverage dispensers and key-components
2、Produce detailed, high quality, 3D and 2D drawings.
3、Involved in sampling and validation of parts and components
4、Research material and market requirements
5、Travel to suppliers
6、Communicating with Supervisor, Project Manager, Peers and customers
7、Evaluating Information to determine compliance with standards
8、Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing work
9、Documenting/Recording Information and test data
10、Follow CREM C2C- and Project -Procedures
11、Perform troubleshooting and problem analyses in relation to trial and mass production of new products


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1、Minimum BA in Mechanical Engineering
2、Minimum 7 years working experience in similar industry
3、Project management skills are of advantage
4、Good knowledge about design techniques, principles and tools


OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1、Complex Problem Solving Ability
2、Critical Thinking
3、Time Management, planning & organizing
4、Active Learning
5、Good Communication Skills. English is daily working language
6、High Social Competence
7、Solid works + microsoft office
8、Wide knowledge about polymers and other material are of advantage
9、Good understanding about plastic injection tools and other manufacturing processes are of advantage
