Job Descriptions:
- Supervising vehicles management and organizing customer transportations;
- Organization of business trips, visits and events incl. airport pick-ups, preparation of time schedules, etc;
- Office administration incl. Supply of stationary, mail orders, express mails, collection & distribution of incoming / outgoing mail, etc;
- Responsible for office maintenance and daily office operations;
- Responsible for relevant file- keeping;
- Other task and duties designed by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- technical school degree or above with 20-40 ages;
- Dealing with business independently;
- Ability to communicate with foreign customers via simple English;
- Proficient in both Mandarin & Shanghai local language, familiar with operating computer softwares;
- Should be careful, responsible and stable, have high responsibilities;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and work well under pressure;
Terms & Conditions:
- Salary: CNY 2,500 (after tax) in the period of probation for new recruits, and CNY 3,000(after tax) for the formal hire with business on commission & 13-month salary per year;
- Normal working time: from 09.30am to 17.30pm, Mon.-Fri. no OT.Cell phone should be available in 24hrs.
- Location: near ZhaBei Park (around 10mins to YanChangLu of the Metro station, Line 1)
