Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Set up systematic SOP concerning EHS management and train and guide the employee to improve and develop environment, health and safety management in compliance with the regulation of local and BDF．Also provide the support for business sustainable development

2. Develop, deliver, review, maintain and update effective environmental protection, occupational Health and Safety Management Systems for site operations

3. Oversee site compliance with all applicable laws/regulations related to environmental, health and safety to ensure no business interruption due to EHS issues

4. Ensure appropriate periodic risk assessments and audits are carried out to detect existing or potential hazards and monitor the effectiveness of the EHS Management System (Corporate ESMAS System)

5. Ensure EHS awareness and proficiency in EHS practices is maintained through systematic training for all levels of the site organization

6. Interface corporate EHS function and government authority related on EHS

7. Assist Supply Chain Directors / site managers to navigate site EHS committee effectively; ensure EHS committee be a good bridge to tie up top-down and bottom-up communications

8. Set up annual EHS KPIs and Key Tasks, including EHS support provided to TPM projects

9. Plan and implement EHS budget

10. Coach and develop local EHS Teams members and support the development of EHS members in other sisters’sites

11. Guide Plant Security business Development and improvement under the scope of ESMAS audit to meet the local and corporate requirements

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. 8+ years of Chemicals or related EHS management experience

2. 3+years management experience in EHS position or the cosmetics industry

3. Certified Safety Engineer

4. Good communication skill

5. Good presentation skill

6. Good leadership and cooperation skill

7. Votive and positive attitude

8. Bachelor or above, good oral and excellent written English
