Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Raw material procurement strategy development & planning

1) Work out category sourcing strategy in related raw material area together with corporate and regional procurement team

2) Price negotiation and cost management

3) Control raw material procurement spend according to production needs and the procurement strategy

4) Motivate raw material category spending to safeguard defined level of procurement success and on time delivery

2. Supplier Management

1) Implement a continuous improvement cycle to realize year on year incremental improvements and cost saving

2) Improve costs and flexibility

3) Lead supplier qualification and support material qualification to secure enough material to implement the production plan, promotion plan and L/RL

3. Report and raw material data analysis

4. 3PM management.

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. minimum 5 years working experience

2. Chemical procurement experience in FMCG multinational company, OME/ODM supplier management experience

3. Extensive knowledge on procurement process, supplier management, ERP and project management

4. Possesses ISO / EHS knowledge

5. Team player, good interpersonal and influencing skill

6. Unyielding integrity

7. Cando attitude, be able to work under pressure

8. Bachelor degree in chemical or international trade, fluent mandarin & English
