C-Car Finance Senior Analyst
Responsibilities - Lead consolidation of vehicle line profits & investment and support management and corporate reporting.
- Evaluate profits & investment changes arising from changing business and market conditions.
- Lead analysis and evaluation of actual and forecasted profits & investment changes.
- Evaluate business risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate Budget and Business Plan process with functions.
- Explain control model to average model profits, cost & investment changes.
- Participating change control meetings, keeping track of financial impact on changes, and report to senior management.
- Work with Marketing & Sales for validating assumptions, like Volume & Mix & Revenue & Variable/Fixed Marketing .
- Support the cost target setting process for sourcing decision and cost control.
- Work with Engineering team to estimate and control Product Engineering cost,
reflect the design change impact to Financials.
- Work with Manufacturing team to estimate and control F&T, launch cost.
- Validate common operational cost allocation to specific Vehicle.
- Support Milestone & Gateway review and regular review.
- Ensure strong disciplines in internal control.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and train new Finance team members on profits & investment analysis tools and processes.

Qualifications - Bachelor degree above, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of three years experience in a relevant finance position in automotive company.
- Direct experience in a Product Development Finance role would be a distinct advantage.
- Leadership capability to coordinate multiple inputs.
- High integrity with good attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication/presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and Global perspective.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability.
