岗位职责：

1.Provide leadership to a team of Supervisors and manage the manufacturing operations to meet KPI.

领导下属主管并管理生产运营以达到KPI的要求。

2.Lead departmental improvement projects.

领导部门改善项目。

3.Fully understand and take action on equipment and manpower capacity planning to meet short term plan & midterm plan requirements.

充分理解并实施设备及人力的产量计划以满足短期和中期计划的要求。

4.Design and manage material flows to meet inventory control, Cycle time and built plans.

设计并管理物料流程以满足库存控制、周期时间和已建立的计划。

5.Work with the planning teams to ensure weekly build plans are level loaded and within equipment and manpower capacity.

与计划组协作以确保周生产计划的顺利实施和满足现有的设备及人力的产量。

6.Drive productivity improvements by eliminating non value added activities, waste elimination and integration.

主导改良生产力，通过消除无附加价值的行为、消除浪费和生产整合。

岗位要求：

1.Degree in industrial/ mechanical engineering,eight years related work experience.

2.Knowledge of Stamping Tools, jig/fixture in secondary process (including welding, assembly, marking, etc.)

3.Able to use AutoCAD or Pro-E or equivalent software to access drawing

4.Ableto read, write and communicate in simple English
