职位描述
1. Complete project planning, proposal and implementation with the team;
2. Good communication with clients, track and understand client needs and transfer them to the company completely and effectively;
3. Responsible for communicating with clients of daily execution work and implementing the related work, supervising specific process of every item during the execution, dealing with the emergencies in time and report;
4. Act on alone or assist the supervisor in project planning and scheduling; Urge clients to complete the payment process according to their accounts period;
5. Follow and supervise the implementation of business process, summarize and file client projects, collate internal data;
6. Maintain client relationship, committed to improving client satisfaction.
1. Bachelor degree or above, advertising or marketing major preferred, proficient in English;
2. More than three years marketing / PR company working experience and client service experience;
3. Good at comprehensive communication and coordination with clients; Capability of client service and client development;
4. Rich experience in brand management and operation, capable of brand planning;
5. Capability of arranging market information and developing strategies and proposals independently, certain knowledge of production and execution;
6. A good team-player, optimistic, positive, confident, a high sense of responsibility and the courage to take challenges.
1/与团队完成项目策划、提案、执行工作
2/与客户进行良好沟通，跟踪、了解客户的需求，并将客户需求完整有效的传递给公司；
3/负责与客户沟通日常执行工作相关并落实，监督每一个项目在执行期内每天的具体进程，执行工作有突发情况及时处理并汇报；
4/能单独或协助客主管完成项目策划及排期制定；据客户账期，督促客户完成回款流程；
5/服从并监督执行公司业务流程，负责客户项目的总结、归档，内部资料的整理归纳；
6/维护客户关系，致力于提高客户满意度；
1、本科以上学历，广告、市场营销专业优先，英语精通；
2、三年以上营销/公关活动公司工作经验及客户服务经验；
3、善于与客户全面沟通与协调；极强的客户服务与客户开拓能力；
4、丰富的品牌管理及操作经验，具备品牌规划能力；
5、具备整理市场资料，独立拟定策略及提案能力，有一定的制作执行工艺知识；
6、有团队合作精神乐观、积极、自信、责任心强，勇于接受挑战
