1. Job Position: Internal Auditor

2. Reporting Line: Sr. Internal Audit Manager

3. Location: Shanghai

4. Major Responsibility:

1) Perform regularly internal audit on internal control system of China subsidiaries, including doing working paper and draft IA report.

2) Follow up with the formal IA report delivery and the Implementation of audit recommendations; Follow up management letter from external auditor.

3) Strengthen the internal control processes to ensure full compliance with local regulation and group policy.

4) Cooperate with Global/Asia audit team by participating desktop reviews, business cycle audit, due diligence and other projects.

5) Give consultation support to subsidiaries in accounting process, internal control strengthening and other special affairs(J-SOX, Business Flow Chart, Stocktaking, FA inspection, credit control policy)

5. Education:

1. University graduate with majored in accounting or auditing

6. Job Experience:

1. More than three years of working experience in auditing and accounting in CPA Firm and big foreign based enterprises.

2. Familiar with Chinese banking/SAFE regulations

3. MNC same position working experience is preferable;

7. Skills:

1) With CPA Certification is preferred.

2) Skilled in operating office software.

3) Excellent communication and translation ability in English writing and reading.

4) Familiar with the laws, principles and working procedures related to accounting or auditing.

5) Strong team working spirits, honest and be good at personal communication.

6) Able to cope with frequent travelling
