Requirements

- Recognized university Bachelor or Masters Degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably with 3 years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm. Demonstrate at least 1 SCM core domain knowledge/experience including but not limited to SCM Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Procurement. Especially for Logistic Network Planning preferred.

- Prior consulting experience in the supply chain advisory field is preferred.

- Professional accounting or finance qualification is an advantage.

- Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients' needs.

- Proven capabilities in managing large-scale business transformation projects and programs.

- Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise.

- Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members.
