Job Description
Short Term
- To coordinate and support countries on field planning tools through daily reporting, monitoring, checking, maintaining, and review, and ensure timely and accurate planning data loaded to system.
- Work with team to review and analyze current inventory and planning data and parameters setting, identify issue area, and carry out inventory planning governance control activities.
- To provide operation support and project administration support to Region Inventory Planning Governance team
Long Term
- To be the planning tool Super-user to support the region material planning community
- To design, implement, and operate Governance model to ensure the execution of material planning and inventory management strategies, policies, and guidelines.
- To carry out inventory planning project to improve material planning efficiency and optimize inventory.
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics/Business/Operations/Math/statistics
- Excellent English skills - speaking, listening and writing
- Good in Excel and data analysis tool
- Willing to take assignments, able to understand complex issues quickly
- Analytical and able to work independently
- Preferably with project management skill
- Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning
- Proven experience in purchasing or planning of materials in service or manufacturing environment is expected
- Able to communicate well across national and cultural boundaries; Team work spirit - engage with functions and towers
- Familiar with APJ service supply chain operation and planning environment is preferred
