-Be responsible for engineering programs through coordination of multiple projects across multiple disciplines including but not limited to the different engineering job families (e.g., electrical, systems, mechanical, etc.).
-Manages the life cycle of the program ensuring the deadlines are achieved and day-to-day functions of the program and related projects take place as required.
-Works with engineering management to identify and improve overall efficiency of the program in the future.
- Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
-Be able to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
-May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.
-Be ability to handle most unique situations and may seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
-Fluent English
