Job Title: Sr. Manager - Revenue Management
Description Purpose:

Greater China CS team is based in Shanghai and takes full responsibility of customer services and Power Seller
account development to grow trading activities in a dynamic global eBay online marketplace.
This role will:
· Manage the two teams(14P/team), one is based in SH, another is based in SZ to provide the value added service to the middle level of Greater China Sellers
· Report to the GC CS director directly, with a dotted line to the director of APAC CS revenue generation
· Active role in sharing best practices within the region
· Responsible for driving sustainable business growth of power seller group
· Improve Trust & Safety performance to enhance better e-commerce user experience
· Work with cross function internal teams to drive specified group of clients to meet business metrics

Responsibility/Activity:
Drive power seller success on eBay global trading platform: (approx 40%)
? Scale up power seller activities by providing constructive business consultation and key business issue diagnosis;
? Seller business growth through timely policy/platform changes update, selling strategy consultant, and key account issues solving;
? Investigate and deep dive the new policy& platform impact to power seller business, and initiate, guide and enforce seller best practices
? Work collaboratively with external and internal resources, including trust & safety team, product management team, marketing team, and business development teams to meet the business targets
? Identify Opportunities and conducts experiments/pilots which help Business Goals
? Budgeting and Forecasting Business Goals & Metrics
? Business Goals include : Top Line, Revenue, Retention & Growth
Improve Seller trust & safety performance: (approx 40%)
? Improve seller trust & safety metrics performance through problem identify, issue diagnosis, solution providing and business implementation to grown sustainable business
? Escalate aggressively the Trust & Safety consequence on top seller, and collaborate with seller to provide better buyer experience
? Identify the key factors of low Trust & Safety performance based on top seller status investigation and extent the best practices to broader seller group
Providing a vital communication linkage between seller and international functions: (approx 20%)
Working closely with international and cross functional teams for business development and best practice sharing
Candidate Profile Qualifications:
Education or professional qualification/certification:
· University and Degree Qualified in Business, Economics, Computer Science (or analytical discipline).
· Track record of academic, professional achievement
Experience:
· At least 8 years sales or business development experience with solid selling record and team management calibration
· Experience in operation, e-commerce or internet industry is a plus
· An independent, proactive and effective player under pressure
Skills:
· Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Logic thinking and strong quantitative analytical skills
· Ability to self-educate and work autonomously with minimal supervision
· A fast worker, committed to meeting targets and deadlines
· Results oriented and self motivated, takes the initiative, thinks through things and makes things happen
· Passion for the internet
