职位概述

中小型企业商务顾问将会协助和支持中小型企业客户(非eBay平台客户)合理的使用PayPal,并提供Paypal的产品资讯,将Paypal潜在客户(通过电话获得的高质量潜在客户)直接转化为销售收益。同时,作为客户和Paypal沟通的重要桥梁,中小型企业商务顾问将具备Paypal产品的专业知识, 给有意使用Paypal的中小型企业客户提供相关资讯服务,支持并帮助新客户实践运用合适的Paypal产品,使客户获得更好的销售收益。

中小型企业商务顾问将在主管的指导和监督下工作,但需具备一定的创新和自主意识。

I.POSITION OVERVIEW
The SMB (small/medium business) Telesales Representative will be responsible for converting sales leads (primarily outbound qualified leads) into revenue generating sales through the encouragement of the use of the PayPal service most suited to the merchant's (off eBay Merchants) business. The SMB Representative is seen as a product expert, a reference point for best practice integration, and a point of contact for medium sized Merchants wishing to use PayPal as an alternative payment method as well as a reference point within PayPal for generating higher revenue producing Merchants.

The SMB Telesales Representative will work under general supervision but will have a certain degree of creativity and latitude.

II.CORE DUTIES

-Working directly with merchants on the phone to respond to qualified leads regarding the PayPal product. (50%)
-Working directly with merchants on the phone or via email to address and resolve merchants’ questions, concerns and issues. (30%)
-Working with sales applications to ensure pipelines are accurate and to assist team and management with sales related activities. (20%)

III.JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, target driven independent worker
-Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues covering several product lines
-Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
-Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel).
-Knowledge of internal systems such as Kana, Admin Tools, E-Services is a plus

IV.EXPERIENCE
-2 to 4 years relevant work experience required
-2+ years proven and strong inbound and outbound sales experience within a fast paced target oriented environment required
-2+ years sales or business development experience in one or more of the following areas: internet company, financial institution, payments processor, or telemarketing firm preferred
