职位描述及职责：

1、准确填写不同的生产单据, 维修表, 工作要求及其他需要填写的单据。接收/填写维修记录表

2、保持清洁及有组织和安全的工作区域

3、按需要参加降本项目, 持续改进, 5S, 改善活动

4、对其它维修人员在当班时遇到的问题预兆,维修, 预防性维护等问题传授信息, 经验及知识

5、按要求穿戴PPE。遵守中国安全生产法及相关安全法律法规概括的安全工作条件及在员工手册概括的规定

6、接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行

7、进行预防性维护程序及保存维护记录

8、生产设备的保养计划实施。并且按时完成。

9、定期完成设备巡检工作。

10、能配合电气工程师/制造工程师/模具工程师调试设备。

11、维修所有的马达，开关，齿轮和各种电气和机械的故障。

12、维修、维护和检修所有的设备和机器，确保所有模具/机器在最短的停机时间内能有效运作。

13、设备进厂技术支持如安装、试产、记录、分析及提供改善需求

14、主管分配的其他任务

职位要求：

1、高中以上学历

2、良好的中文说写及沟通能力

3、充分理解冲压原理，熟练的冲模维护和调试经验，3年以上冲压模具维护和调试经验

4、充分了解机械原理。有基本的电气知识

5、理解冲压模具及机械技术图纸并具备分析能力

6、牢固的液压及气压系统知识

7、能阅读并理解英语技术规范者优先

8、具备翅片模具维护及调试经验者优先

9、能适应倒班

10、服从安排，勤劳踏实
