Purpose of the job:
The position directs the activities of Airport operation team to ensure required business implemented effectively in airport. The incumbent is also responsible to manage his allocated resources to maintain good relationship with different airport functions, and to ensure his assigned project processed in a quality and time manner

Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and management support to team members, coaching + organize/propose necessary training in order to enhance team member's performance.
2. Implement company rules and procedures; Monitor and analyze individual performance on agreed KPIs.
3. Look after the safety and welfare of his subordinates.
4. Developing and maintaining relationships with shanghai airport, ensure business operated smoothly in airport.
5. Managing the cooperation between office staffs and on site staffs in airport, ensure reliable and prompt information exchange
6. Ensure all Medias in airport operated and maintained in compliance with JCDecaux and Shanghai International Airport's requirement, in a safe and quality manner.
7. controlling all suppliers working in airport, ensure their performance meeting Samdecaux requirement.

1.Good interpersonal and team leading skills
2.Good management skills, ability to execute procedures and standard in the team, able to control, motivate and evaluate team performance
3.Good presentation and reporting skills
4.Good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with various airport dept.
5.Good knowledge and hands on experience of working safety, be able to manage both workers and company equipment working safely

Background requirements
1.Bachelor degree in engineering, or construction management, or project management, or equivalent experience
2.Minimum 5 years experience in project management or operation, knows how to develop and motivate at labor workers level; Working experience in international company will be a plus
3.Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
4.People oriented, self motivated and be able to work under pressure
