职位描述
General Purpose:
Implement the global channel strategy and tactics and activities in the region. Develop comprehensive and effective materials and conduct trainings for both channels. Drive progress of Agents/Distributors and continuous improvement of our system and supporting materials through interfacing with local direct/indirect management to refine system, staff, motivation, goals, etc.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify present situation and needs for Channel management in the region, understanding the needs of the responsible countries
2. Execute the regional channel programs including tactics and deliverables that meets the needs
3. Provide proactive support to help recruit and replace channel partners, as well as improving the performance of existing partners.
4. Identify the best practice for indirect channels and work with marketing service and sales team to build and maintain the distributors’ presence.
5. Tracking and monitoring the performance of the channel partners.
6. Develop and conduct sales and product trainings to both channels (indirect and direct Sales) and ensure both are equipped with sales tools and latest product knowledge.
7. Ensure that the ongoing aspects of the partnership, including (but not limited to) training, activities co-ordination, marketing support requests are executed effectively in the local markets.
8. Co-ordinate with Marketing service team in terms of distributors co-op activities.
9. Monitor and analyze the competitive environment in the region.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge and background on machine tools industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of database marketing analysis.
3. Able to work with detailed information and organize and coordinate several activities concurrently.
4. Good presentation, communication skills and business acumen.
5. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively cross-departmental/division/cultural teams.
6. Ability to build strong customer relations and to professionally handle and resolve stressful situations.
7. Demonstrated ability for innovative/ creative thinking.
8. Ability to travel extensively
9. Fluent in English
Equipment used:
1. Telephone,fax,PC and other office equipment
2. Camera, single-lens reflex is a plus
3. Projector
4. Waterjet machine
Education/Experience and/or Training:
1. BS or BA degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of Five (5) years prior Marketing, Channel or Product Management experience.
3. Strong proven track records.
4. Good command of English.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently under pressure.
7. Intermediate level Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. CRM, picture and video editing experience is a plus.
