职位名称：应收/应付会计（财务部）
汇报对象：高级财务主管
职位描述：
1. 对出纳所做银行收付款凭证的审核及过账；
2. 银行付款（包括模具预付款）的申请审核及凭证的编制；
3. 国外收、付款的网上申报；
4. 月末编制银行存款余额调节表 FIN/FIN REP.07/银行文档；
5. 购买保管以及开具VAT增值税发票和税务局统一的其他发票；
6. 扫描以及认证增值税专用发票, 并对扫描的发票和SAP内VAT进项税额进行对帐；
7. SAP系统内A/R发票的录入、以及对帐；
8. A/R的单据在SAP的输入；
9. A/R出口销售额的统计；
10. A/P凭证编制, 国内原材料及辅料的三方匹配；
11. A/P客户发票的整理与保管；
12. 国内应付账款往来对账；
13. 对不符合本公司财务制度规定的货款支付有权拒绝办理其支付手续；
14. 及时更新每天的Cash flow；
15. 报废零件增值税进项转出；
16. 保管并开具Debit Note；
17. 帮助主管解决其他事宜(如:税务、外汇核销、年审等)；
任职资格：
1、 财会相关专业，全日制大专或以上学历；
2、 至少2年制造业应收/应付帐款工作经验，有外资企业背景者优先考虑；
3、 熟悉SAP系统操作；
4、 能用英语进行书面有效地沟通；
5、 有相关的会计证书。
