Responsibility:

Responsible for define the test processes & cost analysis.
Setup the required test equipment (ICT, AOI, FP, 5DX, FCT etc...).
Responsible for the fixtures specifications and validation.
Responsible for verify the test processes & test equipment buyoff.
Generate the test equipment spare part safety store list.
Test process training for technician & operator.
Test process & yield improvement.
Failure analysis & debug.
Test equipment maintenance & troubleshooting.
Communicate & feedback with customer for all test issues.
All test data & report generate & management.


Requirements:

College education with at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar environment.
Good understanding and practical experience on PCBA test.
Proficient in oral and written English.
