responsibilities:

1 coordinate and supervise the implementation of quality plan,control plans,written procedures and work instruction for overall quality control.

2 supervise and review implementation of engineering change notices(ECN'S)

3 conduct occasion audits to ensure that the quality system is clearly carried out as per procedure.

4 Liaise with QE PE ME on all quality issues, as such to perform evaluation on manufacturing process, reject investigation,corrective action to reduce the customer claim and field return.

5 publish quality reports and conduct daily product quality audit

6 Assist quality management representative in implementing and maintaining the ISO and safety system

7 Assist to conduct internal quality audits

8 Assist QE on NPI preparation and buy-off

9 coordinate 5s audit,publish report and ensure on-time closure

10 coordinate on ESD requirements and review ESD compliance with customer/internal staff.

11 lead to improve QA DL job effectiveness and efficiency

12 other tasks assigned by quality manager

Requirements

1 Diploma or degree

2 at least 2 years experience as QA supervisor(PCBA)

3 team player with good communication skill

4 good written english

5 positive thinking and is able to work under pressure

6 willing to learn and change

7 famillar with quality management system and is able to lead quality improvements
