Job Responsibilities:

• Provide design study, design strategy and approach for design works assigned
• Adapt the master conceptual design and guidelines or standards
• Support the superior on overseeing end-to-end of own design works and adaptation, ie. From design concept to finishing work, making sure the design is relevant and producing well. Sign off own design works.
• Supervise supplier closely to ensure the design process is followed and all relevant information is captured
• Provide a review on own design works with team members regularly to improve the quality of design works
• Scope of work covers both internal communication, media and consumer communications.

Routine Work:

• Revise or improve in-store and mall graphic design works making sure it is relevant and easy to apply/use
• Develop master conceptual design on works assigned
• Provide simple design solutions and consultancy for internal teams
• Review own works end-to-end to achieve good finishing materials

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, other related design fields or equivalent
• Work Experience:

2 years experience with Advertising Agency Company, Design Company or Event Organizer Company

Experience in in-store design, communication materials, packaging design, event design materials, structural(setup and breakdown) and decorative works would be an advantage

• Knowledge:

Good understanding on the design nature of supercenter and shopping mall

Good command of graphic design programs, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign in particular, is a must.

Ability to manage document work programs is a plus

Can communicate in English
