职位描述：
1、上海研发或张家港技术中心分析实验室及仪器的日常维护，使其持续处于高效，整洁，安全的状态；
2、药物分析方法的开发，转移及预验证；药物的强制降解及稳定性实验，药物包材相容性试验；
3、向工艺研发团队提供日常分析服务；
4、在生产阶段对分析方法进行从技术研发部到质控部的转移；
5、研发报告及药品注册文件的撰写；
6、与工艺研发人员共同建立原料，中间体及成品的中控标准，放行标准或质量标准；
7、协助技术分析研发经理，技术研发总监完成其他任务。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，化学或药物化学专业；
2、良好的跨部门沟通能力；
3、良好的中英文读写能力，能在项目执行中使用英语；
4、了解分析仪器的基本原理及操作(Titrator,HPLC,GC,LC-MS)；
5、了解药物分析方法的开发（Titrator,HPLC,GC,LC-MS）;
6、对分析方法的验证，方法学研究有一定了解；
7、对GMP，ICH指导原则及各国药典有一定认识。
