职位描述
Responsible:
1.Development, implementation and documentation of a consistent Integrated Management System based on Quality related requirements and in alignment with the Siemens Process Framework.
2.To drive the six sigma deployment process including the defined six sigma strategy / activities in the plant
3.Make flow chart, FMEA, control plan with engineering department
4.Prepare and update the control plan according to the FLOW CHART and PFMEA
5.Schedule and implement MSA, evaluate the measurement tool type
6.Perform statistical analysis of process data, take actions together with PE and other related department.
7.Address product quality issues and organize quality improvement
8.Cooperate with other department for customer complaint investigation and follow up actions and close
9.Monitor quality performance as seen by the customer. Regularly report to management.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in large multinational automotive companies with a leadership role in quality assurance function
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in quality management system and ISO 9001.
- Fluent in English
Experience:
BS degree in engineering with minimum 5 years applicable experience, or
MS degree in engineering with minimum 3 years applicable experience, or;
