产品检验员.

What are my responsibilities?

职能范围是：

（1）能够按照生产需求能同时在断路器检验及开关柜检验参或开关柜检验工位完成最终检验及调试工作。

（2）与COC部门进行项目设计问题的反馈、协调并进行解决。

（3）进行开关柜的装配检验及最终调试检验，确保发现影响产品性能的所有缺陷，保证出厂产品质量达到西门子最高质量标准要求，并按照预定时限完成检验工作。

（4）对开关柜中使用的部分重要元器件进行进货检验和电气试验。

（5）负责组织安排断路器及可移开部分的装配及最终检验，确保发现影响产品性能的所有缺陷，保证出厂产品质量达到西门子最高质量标准要求，并按照预定时限完成检验工作。

（6）分析研究在断路器出厂检验及运行过程中出现的问题，并提出改进建议。

（7）根据要求对断路器及其部件进行研究性试验。

（8）对断路器及可移开部分的生产质量控制进行监督，并提出改进建议。

（9）完成上级下达的临时任务。

业绩衡量指标：

- 开关柜和断路器出厂质量Q值；

- 开关柜运行可靠性；

- 客户对开关柜的满意度。

- 工作质量和效率。

Inspector’s function:

(1) do the finally inspection and testing for Panel and VCB inspection according to the production needs.

(2) cooperate with COC dept. in case of design problems.

(3) Assembly inspection and final test in order to ensure the production quality to ensure the highest Siemens quality requirements and finish in time.

(4) Inspect some important components of panel.

(5) Responsible for inspect VCB, withdraw parts and final test, ensure the high quality, complete in time.

(6) Analyze problems and provide improvement suggestions.

(7) Make VCB researching test.

(8)Supervise quality and provide suggestions.

(9)Complete the temporary task from supervisor.

Measurement criteria:

- Q value, production reliability, customer satisfaction, working efficiency.

Assembly inspection and final test in order to ensure the production quality to be ensure the highest Siemens quality requirements and finish in time.

- 分析和反馈发现的质量问题，使相关部门能够迅速针对问题进行分析并采取纠正和预防措施。

Analyze and feedback the quality problems, make related departments take actions at once.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 机电一体化大专或以上，机电一体化或相关专业的应届毕业生。

- 有责任心和使命感，愿意承担责任，能够自我激励，主动积极努力工作。

- Strong responsibility, initiative, self-prompting

What else do I need to know?

- 掌握开关柜的机械及电气原理；be familiar with mechanical and electricity principles

- 掌握开关柜的检验及试验程序和方法；be familiar with panel inspection and test procedure

- 掌握开关柜主要元器件的原理及其检验方法；be familiar with important components principles and inspection methods.

- 熟练掌握断路器的机械及电气原理；be familiar with VCB principles

- 熟练掌握断路器的检验及试验程序和方法；be familiar with VCB inspection

- 熟练掌握断路器主要元器件的原理及其检验方法；be familiar with main component principles

- 了解各种相关测试设备的原理，掌握其使用方法；be familiar with test equipments principles and operation method.

- 了解公司的质量、环保与安全管理体系；be familiar with quality, environment protection and safety management system.
