- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Switchgear Product Quality Engineer

What are my responsibilities?

- Support Quality: Analyze quality issue before delivery and after delivery, initiate correction and preventive action for improvement, make statistics and report for quality, conduct process audit for assembly line, follow up the effectiveness of implementationto to ensure the quality of M1 products are comply with Siemens technical specification and stable.

- Support Quality: Control of the NCC process ensuring all M1 relevant NCR's are documented, root causes established, remedial actions enacted, and measured across the entire process chain. Statistics shall be kept to allow analysis of NCR's causes, and facilitate process adjustment, and training as requiired.

- SCM Make: Prove the make process, conduct process audit for assembly line. In case of non conformity, take immediately containmentt measures based on the guidelines given in respective quality procedures and or individual component or process definitions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Knowledge of MV 1 products & the technologies involved in manufacture and assembly

- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D etc.,

- Technologies related to processes such as surface handling, painting / coating / plating and cast etc.

- QA & QC procedures as listed in "QHSE Management Manual"

- Knowledge of business conduct guidelines including compliance rules

- Electrical switch industry, familiar with products, know ledged in mechanical and electrical function, could analyze the quality problems.

- Good communication skills for the cross-dept. work.

- Skilled in the quality statistical tools and good English communication skills.

What else do I need to know?

- Experience in QA related activities in industry

- Quality control experience in manufacturing industry - Experience in working / contributing to quality circles either within the same SPC or across different SPCs within the same or different regions. Fluent in regional local / dominant language and moderate in English.
