- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Group Leader of parts inspection.

What are my responsibilities?

- Team management: Lead part inspection group, make site management and communcation for employee, to ensure working efficiency.

- Support Quality: Lead part inspection group, to implement the procedures & methods detailed in the "QHSE Management Manual", to ensure parts sent to assembly line meet the applied specifications.

- Support Quality: Control of the NCC process for incomings and self-made parts relevant failure in the group, ensuring root causes established, corrective and preventive actions implemented , and monitor the effectiveness of correction and preventive actions.

- Support Quality: Check part drawing together with T and IE, identify incoming inspection requirement on the drawing.

- SCM : Push the supplier to give feedback for corrective and preventive actions, keep communication with supplier quality engineer and strategy purchase for supplier's quality performance in time.

- CRM: Ensure that inspection and tests are complete and timely, issued test report in accorance with requirements of relevant inspection regulation and test plan, and keep the measurement results are creditable.

- CRM: Lead group, to ensure good delivery quality for global sourcing parts, rapid response for customer's request and complaints.

- Support Human resources: Human resource planning and then accordingly new recruitment and or divestment suggestions / applications shall be initiated for SPC / Regional management approval in line with the regional company guidelines. Recommend competent

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Technologies related to manufacturing processes of mechanical parts

- Knowledge of mechanical drawing and relevant standards requirement

- Technologies related to processes such as surface handling, painting / coating / plating etc.

- QA & QC procedures as listed in "QHSE Management Manual

- Knowledge of business conduct guidelines including compliance rules

- Statistic skills

- Good English skills.

- Familiar with the ISO/IEC/GB standard.

What else do I need to know?

- Experience in QA related activities in industry

- QA / QC experience in manufacturing industry

- Lead cross function team for improvement

- Lead QC team

- Experience in working / contributing to quality circles either within the same SPC or across different SPCs within the same or different regions. Fluent in regional local / dominant language and moderate in English.
