- From our Global Share Service Center, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced HR supervisor.

What are my responsibilities?
- Be responsible for East region JV/OC onsite colleagues management
- Assist HR manager to develop service quality and optimize HR process
- Collect and provide to prepare HR relevant reports on monthly basis
- Be able to provide management with expert legal advises on complex matters and apply social legislation
- Be responsible for internal customer management

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Relevant HR share service center experience over 5 years.
- 1~2 year HR supervisor experience in professional HR company is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS business analysis, in particular on SAP system
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Focus on customer service and have good logic thinking ability
- Work independently, strong communicator, outgoing personality, innovative, positive minded
