- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a GMO Intern

总经办实习生.

What are my responsibilities?

- Support GMO team daily issues (e.g screening incoming phone calls, admin GM's calendar, collect documents needing GM's signature and distribute accordingly, supervise stamping of company chop, slides fine tuning, documents translation etc.)

- Manage GMO general management issues (e.g. GMO Office Admin., stationary, fixed assets, facilities, filing, and etc.)

- Other GMO assigned resoponsibilities

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor

- English Middle level above

- Computer operation on Microsoft Windows,Office, especially Word and Excel 2003.

What else do I need to know?

- With high responsibility, could continue the internship at least 3 months.
