总务部实习生.

What are my responsibilities?

- To offer support for the maintenance of Meal Card System and routine operation of charging, inquiring, editing, etc. for all employees working in Min Hang center.

- To provide support for thedistribution of product catalogue, company introduction and operational manual.

- To help distribute and purchase stationery, namecards and gifts for all departments.

- To help with related paperwork, including filing, translating, express fee settling, work attendance checking and other tasks assigned by the department manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- College student above

- English Middle level above

- Computer operation on Microsoft Windows,Office, especially Word and Excel 2003.

What else do I need to know?

- With high responsibility,

- The internship could last at least 3 months.
