- For our Energy Sector in Shanghai,we are looking for a EHS Technical Advisor EHS技术顾问.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Analyze, develop, establish and optimize processes with focus on control and establishing EHS gates in the PDP process, to guarantee the long-term and continual improvement of EHS performance leading to the organization's success.

2.Communicates in all organizational levels.

3.Conduct Risk Assessments to support EHS and requirements from GTL.

- Support GTL in testing of new Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) and with approving retrofit programs.

4.Assits with the New Unit department in the errection of WTG.

- Support Technology / tools development in selecting and testing new tools.

5.Ensure legal compliance of new WTG designs and assist with requirements from the Technical Safety Committee.

- Act as consultants for the Technical ESH organization and act as lead technical support on the New Generation - WTG and Chinese upgrades.

6.Report and document results to management.

- Ensure visibility of EHS products.

- Responsible for structure and maintanance of documentation.

7.Establish and develop networks with shareholders and support sales.

- Develop and describe procedures and instructions.

- Participate in projects as a member or as leader.

8.Continuous improvement:

- Planning, initiative and coordination of continuous improvement. Initiating best practice sharing.

9.Support and implement the integration of EHS programs, goals, values and other factors; streamlining procedures and processes while improving program effectiveness and increasing collaboration and synergy at local site(s).Assist management with strategies for EHS to reduce risk and cost.

10.Consultancy and training of employees in subjects of occupational health and safety and accident prevention and providing ongoing advanced training and further education.

- Involvement in Group and EHS projects to ensure policy implementation, hence ensuring stronger integration into the business strategy.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree and above relevance major

- EHS knowledge in general.

- EHS national/local requirements.

- Analytical skills.

- Process Management.

- Knowledge of Project processes.

- Customer Consulting.

- Business understanding.

- Knowledge of Quality Management System.

- Knowledge of eQMS.

- Communicative and presentation skills.

- Product Business：Experience from similar areas and projects.

- 1-5 years of relevant work experience.

- International Exposure：Preferred experience from multicultural working environment.

- Oral and Written English - advanced.

- It skills - advanced.

- Microsoft Office - advanced.
