- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a Planner 生产计划员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Balance the production capacity and project delivery requirement to do the planning on daily output

- Good planning after considering material status to promise delivery on time without any missing part

- All planned project should be delivered, not waste production capacity on unnecessary project

- Good planning bring lowest inventory

RAL/Halb(M) WIP(M)

- Finish Goods in Stock-M1/MC(pcs)

- Process improvement on Lean -P&S

For well backup to find & coach 3 potential staff

- Clear Responsibility definition to arrange job rotation internal for each staff

3i (every staff contribute one idea)

- Efficiency improvement to reach no OT in department (Support VAM labor cost saving)

- Process document updating and implement Before Oct 30th, 2011

- Information board updating daily to project running smoothly

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Coordination, communication skills;

- Contract managing capability and production planning experience

- Good Excel/PowerPoint Skills

- Experienced in SAP operation

- Advanced leadership, collaboration & influencing skill

What else do I need to know?

- Process knowledge, SAP knowledge, Product knowledge

- Coordination, communication, leadership skills

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience about production flow chart and route technology

- Contract managing capability and production planning experience

- Continue data collecting, analysis, summary and problem solving capability

- English lanuage is preferred
