Responsibilities:

工作职责：

1. Control of communication: Perform as communicating channel between sales company/direct customers and producing companies. Receive service requirement and finish each service task. Contact producing companies for technical support if necessary.

主持沟通：作为与经销商/最终客户和母公司之间的沟通渠道。接受服务请求并完成服务任务。如有必要，与母公司联系获得技术支持。

a) remote service: act as first contact helpdesk for telephone service, fax and e-mail service until problem solved.

远程服务：作为第一联系人，通过电话，传真，电邮等形式保持服务顺利进行直到完成。

b) field service: work in a cost effective manner, go to customer site to perform on site field service.

现场服务：高效率地工作，在客户处尽快解决问题，提供现场服务支持。

c) spare parts service: you need to provide technical support for sales company/direct customer to purchase correct parts, help service administrator to prepare commercial contract. You shall establish service and spare parts packages to market spare parts sales. You shall audit and study the spare parts consumption and give in time suggestion to reach a secured and fast moving spare parts inventory.

备件服务：为经销商和最终客户提供技术指导，帮助正确地订购所需备件，支持备件专员准备销售合同。设计服务和备件解决方案以促进整体备件销售。统计和分析备件销售情况以维护可靠和快速周转的备件仓库。

d) training service: You shall keep in contacts with sales company service team; understand sales company service team’s situation and needs, conduct training course together with producing companies for sales company service organization. You shall follow and report inside training requests of your team to Service director for better service competence within your team.

培训服务：保持与经销商服务机构的紧密联系，理解经销商工程师的实际需要。与德国母公司一起制定合理的培训计划。同时向服务总监汇报内部培训需求，以提高队伍整体服务能力。

2. Sales support: support product managers and sales company; provide technical advice on request to increase sales of machines. Organize support personnel for marketing activities in i.e. seminars, exhibitions.

销售支持：支持产品经理和销售公司，根据需要提供技术服务以促进销售。并提供对研讨会，展览等营销活动的技术支持。

3. Periodical service meeting: Joins the monthly meeting with sales company to calibrate the problems and find out a solution together with producing companies.

定期服务会议:参与与经销商的月度会议，沟通有关问题并和母公司一起研究解决方案。

4. Service data maintenance: you shall administrate the service logs, installed machine data, spare parts consuming history which will be shared within the whole service organization, and work together with administrative person to establish a well-organized CRM database.

服务信息维护：管理服务记录，已安装设备的统计，备件消耗记录等信息，供整个服务团队内部分享。并与备件专员一起维护高效的客户信息系统。

任职要求
Qualifications Required:

1. University graduate major in mechanical or related field.

机械或相关专业，本科学历
2. Over 5 years of related working experience. Experience in wood industry as service engineer is preferred.

有5年以上的相关工作经验，有木加工机械售后服务工程师工作经验者优先

3. Very strong ability of trouble shooting. Bright ability as team leader, strong sense of responsibility and service.

具有很强的问题解决能力。同时具有带领服务团队的能力, 高度的责任心和服务意识。

4. Very good communicating skill. Can use English fluently for technical discussion, report writing. Familiar with computer and software such as CAD/ERP system

很好的沟通能力。可以熟练使用英语进行技术讨论，书写报告。口语和书写能力良好。熟练使用电脑和相关软件如CAD,ERP等。

5. Used to frequent travelling both domestic and abroad,

适应频繁出差，根据公司要求可以到国内或国外的进行服务工作。
