Key Accountabilities:
1. Execute and manage the process of boarding/exit, personnel profile management, legal employment, social benefits administration, attendance administration, contract management and transaction for employees.
2. Monthly payroll execution, prepare salary slips, bonus and salary review letter and other related letter and monthly IIT Claim.
3. Participant Benchmark survey and provide necessary analysis to manager to develops and administrates C&B policies, guidelines, procedures and programs to ensure equitable and competitive salaries for employees.
4. Maintains staff information records and personnel documents, including job descriptions, and employment letter.
5. Administrate and improve HRIS and act as Key User for HR Master Data in SAP.
6. Liaison with FESCO for the requested formalities of employment and exit, social security contribution claim.
7. Be Responsible for China HC related reports and ensure the accuracy.
8. Ensure the valid permits for foreigners working in China.
9. Organize or coordinate in various staff events i.e. birthday celebration, family day, outing, annual dinner, annual GYM and so on.
10. Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager.

Requirements:
Solid HR experience in multinational company;
Well understand on China Labour Law;
HRIS experience is a must, SAP preferred.
Well organized, logical and structure thinking
Initiative and willing to take responsibilities
Good interpersonal skills – able to collaborate with people and work effectively in a team
Good communication skills (oral & written) –able in communicating with internal & external customers
Good English both in written and oral;
Proficient in MSOffice applications (word, excel, power point) and Lotus Notes.
