Job Responsibilities:

？ Develop and implement sales strategies to develop market, channels and customers in China

？ Collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making. Provide forecast and information on market conditions and competitive situations.

？ Visit and develop customers; grow up new business opportunities from the customers

？ Initialize the new customer searching activity and enlarge the market share;

？ Communicate with the staff of each sales office and agent to get sales policy circulated, supervise and train the sales team and agent;

？ Respond quickly to the information collected from competitors

？ Others appointed by Sales Director

Qualifications:

Education:

？ College degree or above, major in business/marketing or chemical.

Experience:

？ About 5+ years of working experience, in Sales and Marketing functions in multi-national company

？ Strong understanding of chemical industry and manufacturing corporation

Ability / Skill:

？ Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.

？ Have strong interest for packaging industry and understand the specific environment of our customers;

？ Positive client- service attitude.

？ Marketing analysis and strategy making ability

？ Strong presentation skills.

？ Good disposition.

？ Good organizational skills.

？ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

？ Detail-oriented.

岗位职责：

负责在指定区域内的销售和市场工作,包括:

1. 管理现有市场及客户关系；

2. 对新市场和潜在客户进行有效地开发；

3. 完成所负责项目的销售预测以及相关数据的统计工作；

4. 跟踪客户订单, 进行售后及技术服务, 正确应对投诉；

5. 逾期账款的催付；

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，营销管理、化工、塑料或相关专业；

2. 上海户口

3. 五年以上销售经验,其中两年以上化工产品经营、销售经验（聚氨酯、涂料树脂、胶粘剂等方面具有生产、销售经验都优先）；

4. 熟悉相关市场的产品应用情况；

5. 极强的人际沟通能力，表达能力，自我管理能力及团队协作意识；

6. 具有一定的英语（听、说、读、写）能力，能与他人较好地沟通；

7. 掌握常用办公软件，熟练使用Internet；

8. 有外企工作经验者优先。

办公室上班时间：周一至周五，8:30——17:00。
