Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

？ Prepare conceptual design as well as special technologies;
？ Work as expert of process design in the organization to support
engineering projects in different project phases and production for
troubleshooting assignments.
？ Handle process improvements, production reliability, cost reductions
and other manufacturing improvements;
？ Acquire new projects from ongoing assignments;
？ Execute projects with self-containment
？ Seek active contact to counterparts in German HQ organization



Requirements Description

Requirements:
？ Education: Master’s Degree or above in environmental technology, chemical process technology or chemical engineering discipline
？ Technical skills: > 5 years work experience, broad environmental
engineering know how, process development procedures
？ Soft skills: Active communication with colleagues and customers,
coordination of a team, target driven and business oriented
