Position: Contracts Executive

Main Responsibilities:

- Reasonable deadlines for loading the contracts and ensure these deadlines are met

- To monitor accuracy and quantity of data loaded onto our online system

- To prioritize the Contract to be loaded

- Coordinate the YM / OAD to ensure all contracts and product information's are efficiently and accurately loaded onto the system and efficiently distributed (RTM)

Personal Attributes:

Profile:

- Experience within the travel industry, with reasonable understanding of how Tour Operators, agencies and online retailers operate, as well as knowledge of how hotels position themselves within the B2B and B2C markets

- Aggressive, results oriented individual, self-motivated, time management and reporting

- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with employees and senior management

Analytical Skills:

- The knowledge and skill to undertake analysis and interpretation of a range of data

- The capacity to analyse situations, diagnose problems, identify the key issues, establish and evaluate alternative courses of action and produce logical, practical and acceptable solution(s)

- Continuous understanding of the business process and the ability to consistently align contracting initiatives to the Company’s Goal and strategies

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of MS office, understanding and expertise required to carry out the work effectively

Communication Skills:

- The ability to communicate in English clearly and persuasively, orally and in writing

Interpersonal Skills:

- The ability to create and maintain open and constructive relationships with others, to respond helpfully to their requests and to be sensitive to their needs

- Work co-operatively and flexibly with other members of the team with a full understanding of the role to be played as a member of the team
