Job Description ：
- Station in Shanghai, overseeing all finance related issues for the company including accounting, reporting, internal control, audit, tax matters
- Prepare monthly and financial and management reports, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
- Responsible for financial analysis and ad hoc assignments for management’s decision making
- Ensures effective financial accounting, management accounting, treasury, tax, internal control and cost control systems are in place to meet the needs of the business operations and corporate governance
- Implement compliance of accounting, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements
- Enhance the inventory control system
- Interpret financial data for top management in business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement and support processes impacting business effectiveness
- Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
Job Requirements：
- Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance. Best with CICPA qualification
- 8-10 years in finance and accounting field with at least 5 years in managerial positions
- Solid experience in joint venture operations is a plus
- Experience in retail industry is a must
- Sound exposure in PRC Tax legislations and practices
- Strong ability in analyzing and aligning operation process and business objectives
- High integrity yet demonstrate sensible awareness and excellent competence in coping with fast changes in the business environment
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
