因公司国内销售业务发展的需要。特需要应聘淘宝业务员若干名，具体要求如下：


岗位职责：
1：具有淘宝网上销售经验一年以上

2:关键词投放：熟悉淘宝网,百度,谷歌,搜搜，搜狗等搜索引擎投放，建立搜索引擎市场营销模型，制定计划和有效管理大量关键词广告投放；善于更改广告创意增加点击量。

3：广告优化：通过逻辑分析对淘宝网投放的关键词广告进行分析和优化，整理优化策略，最大化投放的转化率；

4：站群制作：有独立制作单营销网站页面的经营，合理布局关键字，提升淘宝网络非竞价排名。

5：淘宝网络广告效果监控：每日检测所有投放渠道广告情况，填写效果评估表格，能够创造性思维编辑关键词广告；

6：报告总结：每周完成关键词广告报告和计划并总结。

7：带领团队：组织和带领电商10人团队，定期组织业务培训，提升团队战斗力。按时完成上级下达的咨询量业绩指标。

任职要求：
1、理解搜索引擎营销，网络推广，精通SEM/SEO优化技巧，掌握搜索引擎的关键词广告模式；
2、精准定义产品投放关键词，熟悉百度竞价排名规则、Google AdWords后台，筛选并能分析评估关键词质量；
3、熟悉Excel，有缜密的思维分析能力，能够使用各种工具软件进行数据分析并熟练制作统计报告；
4、执行能力强，有较强的创新意识和学习能力、责任心，细心、勤快、易沟通；
5、较强的文字功底，对数据敏感 ；
6、熟悉SEM竞价账户。
7、有足够的团队协作能力，和足够的工作抗压承受力。
