Lead business users, Internal and external resources for IT project implementation, for system analyst and process improvements as well.

Major Responsibilities:

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.

· -Responsible for leading business users, internal and external resources for IT project implementation, like ERP, PDM and Infra.

· Responsible for maintaining knowledge base, defining business processes and documenting business requirements for IT projects.

· Responsible for handing customer demand, improving business and system process.

· Responsible for system function support if necessary

· Act as change agent for business constantly seeking to improve the business.

Key Competencies:

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

· Experienced in cross-functional program management or system analyst in global environment.

· Experience implementing system solutions. (Like PLM, Finance, or ERP etc.)

· Knowledge of product management in support of supply chain, sales & marketing, finance and service operations is strongly preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with emphasis on ability to break a process down into detailed steps to determine areas needing improvement.

· Strong technical background in programming like C, Java, SQL Script

· Excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

· Adaptive attitude to changing environment and sense of big picture

· -Demonstrated team work and leadership

· -Good teamwork in adaptive environment

· -Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English

· -IT Consulting experience is a strong plus

· -Automotive / IT hardware industry experience is a strong plus

· -Multi-National (International) Company experience is preferred.

· Should be able to travel internationally (10% travel expected)
