HR Intern
Location: Shanghai (China)

Key Focus:
Provide HR service and day-to-day support on various projects and general operations.

Accountabilities:

？ Provide first-line HR service to employees and managers in all levels
？ Ensure completeness and accuracy of HR data at all time

Responsibilities:
？ Gather, verify, process and maintain personnel related documentation, including recruitment, employment, performance evaluations, personnel development plan, and leaves of absence, etc.;
？ Coordinate employee on-boarding and termination process, including personnel announcement, first-day orientation, communication with FESCO and supplemental insurance providers, and exit checkout process, etc.;
？ Prepare and updated HR metrics reports and organization chart for all AP locations on monthly/quarterly basis;
？ HR Related System data maintenance.
？ HR Global projects data collection and consolidation with the support from HRM & HR Generalist/Specialist
？ Other HR Daily Admin.work supporting.
？ Support HR projects as required.


Qualification Requirements:
？ Third year study at Universities with major in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred;
？ Previous internship experience in a multinational environment is a plus;
？ Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese are required;
？ Sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self discipline, job ownership and accountability are required;
？ Good skills on active listening and learning, logic thinking, attention to details, time management, and good team spirit are required.
