Key Focus:
? As a key member of project team, focus on new projects developing and management to ensure projects succeed, to supporting company business growth in China,

Accountabilities:
? Oversight and functional leadership for instrumentation & electrical design, specifications, project engineering, and corporate standards;
? Specification and qualification on E&I field for best design/purchase solution;
? Trouble shooting of E&I discipline through project life cycle.

Responsibilities:
? Cost estimate on basic design phase and optimize localization purchase strategy;
? Work across functionally with process, mechanical and piping engineers;
? Process optimize programming and configuration of DCS&PLC control system;
? Instrument / Electrical datasheet building and equipment purchase supports;
? Evaluate vendor’s bidding documents and manage vendor shop design;
? Manage local design, coordinate and review the institute designing work;
? Working with internal/external resources for E&I discipline management;
? Key equipments and machines check on site for consistency;
? DCS site acceptance test (SAT) and the loop check, control logic and software configuration checking before startup;
? Instrument failure/problem solving and investigate the root cause for solution;
? May assigned as the project coordinator for a particular project.

Requirements:
? Strong instrument background cover basic electrical experience are preferred;
? Bachelor degree in automation, instrument engineering and related disciplines;
? Minimum 10 years experience in chemical industry, at least 5 years working experience in international company, operation or engineering;
? Process safety, safety interlock, sequence knowledge and test experience;
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
? Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
? Good knowledge of engineering, including scope developing, cost estimate, definitive design work;
? Basic project manage skill, including cost control, reporting, purchasing, scheduling and change order;
? Experience on project commissioning, start-up and problem solving;
? Familiar with resource, applicable codes, requirements and standards;
? Ability to balance & prioritize multiple task & projects, willing work with all levels of project/plant personnel;
? Willingness to travel or provisionally assign on a project site.
