DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任描述
The full spectrum of human resource managements/administration to various business units in areas of employee relations,recruitment ,retention,salary and benefits administration,compensation and benefits,employee development and communications,and the development and implementation of human resource policies and programs.
Make annual HR plan and budget.
Be responsible for administration management
To assist HR manager in compiling and updating the Human Resource policy
Develop a Communication Strategy that supports the business objectives and provides for open and effective communication across all functions and levels of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
-University graduate in HR Management or related discipline
-At least 5 years relevant experience in HR, at least 3 years at management level in FMCG.
-Familiar with all HR functional processes and tools, well versed in governmental rules & labor laws.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
