Main aim of job

-Responsible for the building facility maintenance, installation, commissioning, and facility maintenance spare parts management, as well as building fire-fighting safety facility management. Ensure providing a safe and reliable facility operational environment for normal business operations including plant production; headquarter office, and R&D test center.
负责建筑设施的维护保养、安装调试、设施维护备件备品的管理以及建筑消防安全设施的管理，确保提供一个安全、可靠的设施运行环境，保障工厂生产、总部办公、及研发测试中心业务的正常运作。

Job Responsibility
岗位职责
-Regular facility maintenance work implementation and supervision on building, infrastructure, as well as utilities, based on the facility maintenance plan developed by central facility management department.
根据中央设施管理部门所制订的设施维护计划，实施并监督关于建筑、基础设施及公用设施的定期维护工作。
-Leading facility maintenance team engaged in daily facility management and maintenance activities to provide a safe and reliable utilities operational environment for normal business operations including plant production, headquarter office, as well as R&D test center.
带领设施维护团队从事日常设施管理和维护工作，提供一个安全、可靠的公用设施运行环境，确保工厂生产、总部办公、以及研发测试中心业务的正常运作。
-Conducting regular utilities supply and demand capacity on power, compressed air, cooling water together with central facility management team to make sure the utilities supply capacity to meet the requirement from business development.
和中央设施管理部门一起，对电力、压缩空气、冷却水容量的供需容量进行阶段性评估，确保公用设施供给能力满足业务发展的需要。
-Monthly utilities operational costs collection and facility maintenance costs tracking, implementation of effective energy management strategy to continuously improve facility energy efficiency.
每月进行设施运行费用的统计和设施维护费用的跟踪，实施有效的能源管理策略，不断提高设施能源利用率。
-Work together with central facility management team on continuously improvement and optimization of the building and infrastructure facility maintenance plan.
和中央设施管理部门团队一起工作，不断改进和优化建筑和基础设施维护计划。
-Proper plan and management on facility maintenance spare parts in line with the facility maintenance plan.
根据设施维护计划，合理计划和管理设施维护专用备件备品。
-Responsible for the new required utility facility installation, commissioning to ensure new production project flawless lunch.
负责新需求的公用设施安装调试，确保新生产项目的顺利投产。
-Fire-fighting facilities management to make sure their functionality effectiveness by achieving regular maintenance.
消防设施管理确保通过定期维护使各消防设施功能有效。
-Communication with local authorities such as power, water, fire-fighting departments on handling related affairs in proper way.
和当地电力、自来水、消防等政府部门进行沟通，妥善处理相关事务。

Educational and Technical Requirements
岗位学历和技术要求
-Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Construction Engineering
大学本科，机械工程、电气工程或公民建专业学士学位
-5+ years hands on experiences on facility equipment trouble shooting such as air-compressor, cooling water system, HVAC system, etc.
具有5年以上解决设施设备故障的实际经验，如空压机、冷却水系统、暖通系统等。
-3+ years experiences on facility management in production facility (prefer in JV or Foreign enterprises)
至少3年以上生产工厂设施管理经验（合资工厂或外资企业优先考虑）
-Good English and Mandarin skills both in writing and speaking
良好的英语和国语说写能力
-Good computer skills, and quite familiar with engineering tools such as auto CAD, Microsoft office project, and word/excel, as well as outlook
良好的计算机应用能力，熟练运用计算机工程应用工具软件，如CAD计算机辅助设计、MS-project微软项目管理软件、MS-word/excel微软文字和表格处理软件、以及Outlook邮件收发处理软件。
