Main aim of Job:

- Problem solving for escalated issues
- Preventive actions to avoid quality issues
- Guarantee safe productions starts (zero failure)

Job Description:

- Plan and conduct process audits

- Carry out full run tests

- Monitor of improvement plans

- Review the effectiveness of improvements / content check of 8D reports

- Monitor of chinese supplier quality figures / supplier evaluation

- Quality planning for new projects (SQR, APQP) with suppliers

- Support of the Q-gates (asian projects)

- Support of D-FMEA, review of P-FMEA

- PPAP release

- Planning of failure analysis equipment for electronics

- Quality assurance for product changes

- Coordination of measures for root cause analysis

- Block of non conform materials / parts

Job Requirement:

- Engineering degree (Master preferred)

- Min 3 years experience in automotive electronics industry, as Supplier Quality engineer with supplier contacts

- Experience in supplier audits.

Advanced skills in motor and electronic production processes.

Skilled in using problem solving method and leading of problem solving teams.

- Fluent English, both speaking and writing

- Team working capability
