Job Description:

--Preparation of Sales Offers and Negotiations with Customers in accordance with Supervisor

-- Obey and meet Project targets

-- Participate in (Customer-) Problem solving, Profitability improvement measures, technical changes incorporation

-- Check of Documents and Contracts such as Business Awards, Purchasing Terms and Conditions, Warranty Agreements....

-- Survey and analyze market in regard to sales potentials, Survey of competitors, input to yearly sales planning of the Brose Group

-- Survey of Customer strategy and activities, pro active recognition and influencing of customer targets in marketing, development and purchasing

-- Establish and maintain customer relationship in south China

-- Coordinate SOP and EOP including service parts and define lifetime demands, coordination of tooling disposition

-- Establish and maintain SAP sales data, Analyze and provide conclusions of sales figures (price development, vehicle data, comparison of plan and actual situation)

Job Requirement:

-- University degree in mechanical engineering or business economics or similar skills and qualification acquired through business experience, mother tongue chinese (mandarin)

-- Minimum 3 year experience, preferable in automotive industrie

-- Fluent English

-- Skilled in negotiation techniques, basic technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology, master MS Office software and SAP

-- Trustfully personality, capable of working with high independancy and responsibility. Readiness for frequent business travel and highly motivated to work in an international team
