职位描述
This position is responsible for running the machine according the Packaging plan; the operator is accountable for ensuring that packaging schedule for completion is executed in a timely, efficient and safely manner and within all quality parameters for the work centre.
这个工作设置的目的是根据生产订单的要求操作机器；操作员对确保生产计划安全，按时高效,高质量完成负有责任。
Detail main Responsibilities:详细职能：
1) Prepare & setup for the new order with Setup operator
和设置操作员一起准备&设置新订单
2) Strictly follow “best setup” requirements to set equipment parameters, such as the really need to change machine parameters must be approved by the team leader or technician engineer
严格遵照”最佳置设”设置设备参数3) Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of packaged products to standards 观察机器运行状态确保按照包装于标准与规格一致，包装质量良好。
4) Frequently inspect the quality status of the produced bags and Report the findings in efficient manner
经常性的检查生产出的袋子的质量状况，并高效地报告运行状况。
5) Timely reporting finish goods pallets in M3 system , to keep the one peace follow
及时在M3系统中汇报完成的托盘，确保单件流
6) Adjust machine components and parameter according to size or processing angle of product
根据产品的规格,尺寸，角度等调节零件和参数
7) Tend or operate machine that packages product by Feeding material to vibrators during Machine running etc
开机，在机器运行过程中添加物料，确保机器运行
8) Running the machine follows the best setup to keep high efficiency and high quality
依据最佳设置运行机器以确保高效率及高品质
9) Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report the malfunctions to Technician and team leader
当运行状态出现故障 ，停机或者重新设置机器，清理堵赛，并且把故障汇报给技术员和组长
10) Rework the Rejected bags according to need.
根据需求返工不合格的带子
11) Communicating with material handler with material related issue
和物料员对物料状态进行沟通
12) supporting other work centre's operator for SMED
按照快速切换协助别的工作组进行新订单设置
13) Maintenance safely and clean environment in the work centre according to 5S protocol
确保工作组安全清洁符合5S标准
14) Timely spilt garbage, and clear for recycling
及时将废弃物分类，并清理以便回收
15) Perform Regular maintenance of machine according to schedule
根据机器维护保养计划进行日常理性维护
16) daily shift reporting
填写日常工作报表
17) Other tasks assigned by line manager
其他经理分配的任务和职责
具体要求如下:
1. 具有一年以上的工厂机械操作工作经验；优秀的应届毕业生也可以
2. 具有机械基础知识, 能够看懂简单的零件图者优先
3. 可读写英文者优先
4. 会操作Office 办公软件者优先
5. 吃苦耐劳，认真灵活、务实上进、责任心强
