工作职责：

1、参与负责项目建筑设计管理，参加项目论证，对项目策划和概念性方案设计提出意见，审核分管项目的建筑设计各阶段图纸；

2、主要负责施工图的审核和与施工现场的对接，负责收集施工现场遇到的设计问题，并负责与设计单位、工程部和施工单位进行沟通、对接，负责管理设计变更及变更落实情况；

3、协助落实初步设计，施工图设计，及时把专家、政府部门、审图机构、集团公司建设单位及策划部门的有关意见反馈到设计院，确保施工图设计质量及时限；

4、参与组织施工图交底，并协助落实设计意图，协助解决施工过程中的有关设计修正、调整问题；

5、配合审计部对项目成本控制、编制分管项目的月、周工作计划及年终工作小结。

任职要求：

1、规划、建筑等相关专业本科以上学历，英语流利，持国家二级注册建筑师及以上资格，在大型甲级建筑设计单位有5年以上设计工作经验，有3年以上大型房地产公司的商业综合体的工作经验；

2、有大型项目从方案到竣工验收交付完整经验，需要有丰富的项目工程开发、建设全过程经验，熟悉房地产相关行业、流程及各工程专业技术，负责过重大项目谈判、论证、规划和施工图等方案审定的组织协调工作；

3、熟悉各阶段设计任务书的编制和确定工作以及设计成果审核和确认工作；

4、具备优秀的综合素质，较强的逻辑思维、研究能力及团队组织协调能力、沟通表达能力。熟悉行业整体发展现状，具有一定的前瞻性和创新意识；

5、熟练运用AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCHUP，熟悉 ILLUSTRATOR、OFFICE等软件。

the bund finance center is a mixed used complex landmark in the city which includes family wealth management office & corporate headquarters, museum & concept stores for international brands, luxury shopping mall, boutique hotel and arts & cultural center and gathers economic, commercial, travel, arts & cultural.
the gross floor area of bfc is 420,000 square meters approximately, comprises of two international grade a office buildings with 180 meters high and luxury shopping mall with 190,000 and 90,000 square meters respectively, together with a boutique hotel about 30,000 square meters. arts & cultural center has an area of about 10,000 square meters. the whole project has been awarded the leed gold pre-certification and a three star green certificate.
