Job Purpose:
Responsible for Group Debt Finance

Principal Accountabilities:
Assist Manager to ensure the fund project in proper
Assist Manager prepare relevant documentation for fund raising requirement
Provide periodical financial covenant report and monitor non financial covenants
Assist Legal in negotiating terms and conditions of loan documents
Assist Cash Management in loan drawdown, repayment & facility renew process
Compliance with SOX's requirement and update the R&CD, SOP, Policy etc.
Other duties assigned by Manager.

POSITION SPECIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in International Finance
1~2 years related working experience is preferable.
Good core competencies on Customer Service Oriented, Communication skills, Teamwork spirit, Proactive, Pursue Excellence, innovation & Continuous Improvement, Planning and Execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.
Work related knowledge in financial & accounting fields.
Understanding related industries, local regulations.
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Good Microsoft Office software application skills
