We are looking for a Cantonese speaking Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic, pleasant and international work environment. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working 40 hours per week in different shifts and will be responsible for handling pre- and post booking (hotel reservations) inquiries. You are also an intermediary between customers and the hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by e-mail and fax;
Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
Assist hotels/guests to arrange special requests;
Liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills;
Problem solving skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Independent and customer focused.
Our ideal candidate is:
Native Cantonese speaker;
Fluent in written and spoken English (IELTS 6.0 or CET 6 preferred);
Available Full-time (40 hrs/week) and flexible in work schedule (including weekends and public holidays);
Experience with internet and hotel industry is desirable.
