职位描述

Responsibilities
A. Answer incoming calls and transfer to extension. Responsible for a smooth operation of switch board and answering machine to ensure all calls are handled properly.
负责来电接听和转接。
B. Help customer on fax, scan and mails.
负责传真,扫描和邮寄
C. Book tickets, hotel, and other arrangement required.
负责机票,酒店预定和其他相关安排。
E. Meeting Rooms Management, including reservation, set up and equipment.
负责会议室的管理
F. Responsible for receipting domestic and foreign visitors. Confirming offices are tidy and remind about formal dress code.
负责接待工作。
G. Responsible for office Energy Saving and Security procedures according to regulations.
负责办公室节能和安全。
H. Master the daily Administration affair, arrange and coordinate the work of O&A department to ensure achieving all tasks completed on time.
解决其他日常行政事宜。
I. Arrange Archive Management according to regulation
根据要求管理文档。
J. Responsible for the computer data backup
负责电脑备份的管理。
K. Liaise and negotiate with related suppliers, check and compare prices, conduct tenders for different products that the office consumes and reduce cost of office operation;
负责和供应商联系,商定价格,并采购。
L. Assist and manage communication between the different departments in the office.
协助公司各部门的相关沟通。
M. Assigned task by senior management.
其他安排的事宜。


Qualification:
A. College degree, with one year or more relative experience
大专及以上学历,一年及以上相关工作经验
B. Excellent spoken and writing English, good writing and communication skills. CET-4 or above is required.
英语口语流利 (需日常和外国人沟通),书面熟练。英语四级及以上。
C. Excellent computer skills (word, excel, PPT, outlook...)
熟练使用日常办公软件。
D. 需坐在前台位置
