岗位职责：

1、具备丰富的跨界品牌服务经验和优秀的策划能力、资源整合与管理能力；
2、收集整理相关客户和项目的资料，理解客户品牌推广的策略，并善于将这个策略延伸到项目中，完成基本的策略和文字稿的撰写工作；
3、知识面宽，逻辑思维能力强，工作效率高，能高质量独立完成各类策划报告；
4、与客户进行前期沟通，明确具体需求，领导团队完成策划案的讨论、撰写、修改及最终提案；
5、协助其他部门执行策划方案的具体执行；
6、建立创意知识库，建立策划方案案例库并分享；


任职资格：

1、三年以上营销策划、公关等行业相关经验，熟悉公关、广告、媒体等传播领域的工作内容和方法；
2、具备团队合作精神，能够适应高强度工作；性格稳定，观念新锐，热情、善沟通、喜欢创新；
3、具备一定文字功底和文学阅读积累，对品牌推广文字很有天赋，可以撰写多种形式的文字表达式；
4、优秀的讲案能力，有良好的策略推动力；
5、三年以上广告行业策划和文案撰写经验（活动策划）
6、有较强的市场感知能力、消费者洞察力、逻辑性强，性格开朗，勤于思考，沟通能力强；
7、良好的英文能力，听说读写流利，CET-6。
